Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
